Our laboratory, C1 Chemistry and Technology, promotes green chemistry and technology, develops innovative catalysts, and explores their industrial applications. Our group concentrates on developing catalysts and adsorbents to convert C1 molecules into commodity fuels and chemicals and capture CO2. Our research covers fundamental science and applied engineering, including the characterization and design of materials, understanding the relationship between material characteristics and performance, reaction kinetics and mechanisms, and scaling-up and industrialization of processes.
